Warranty coverage is governed by our separate Warranty Policy.

11. Returns

Returns are accepted only under our Return Policy.

Products showing physical damage, misuse, liquid damage or unauthorized modifications are not eligible.

Customers are responsible for confirming device compatibility before purchase.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Zeltron shall not be liable for:

Products should be used according to the instructions provided. Using incompatible, damaged or unauthorized accessories may affect charging performance and product lifespan.

21. Charging Performance

Actual charging speeds depend on factors including the device model, charging protocol (e.g. USB PD, PPS), cable capability and battery condition. Advertised maximum charging speeds are achieved only when both the charger and the connected device support the same charging standards.

22. Product Improvements

To continuously improve quality and performance, Zeltron may update product design, components or packaging without prior notice, provided these changes do not materially reduce the product's advertised functionality.
