Order Processing

● All confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day.
● Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
● Before dispatch, every Zeltron product undergoes a final quality check to confirm it reaches you in perfect working condition.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

● Karachi: 1-2 Business Days
● Lahore, Islamabad & Other Major Cities: 2-4 Business Days
● Rest of Pakistan: 3-7 Business Days

We work with reliable courier partners across Pakistan, though delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

● Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered within Pakistan.
● There is no minimum order value for free shipping.
● Free shipping is displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, Email, or Live Chat, where applicable. If you need assistance at any stage, our support team is available through WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most serviceable areas across Pakistan. To ensure a smooth delivery, please:
● Provide an accurate shipping address.
● Keep your phone available after placing your order.
● Ensure someone is present to receive and pay for the parcel.
● Keep exact or close-to-exact cash ready to help our rider process your delivery quickly.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal after confirmation may be cancelled. Customers with repeated COD refusals may be required to prepay future orders.

Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address? Please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, address modifications may not be possible.

Unboxing Video Recommendation

We recommend recording a short, uninterrupted unboxing video for every order, starting before the sealed parcel is opened. This is genuinely useful to you: it is the fastest way to support a damaged-package claim (see below) and is also the same evidence format our factory partners require for eligible warranty claims, so keeping the video on hand can save time later.

Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Packages

Your order should arrive sealed and in good condition. If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened or tampered with:

● Do not accept the parcel if the seal is visibly broken or tampered with prior to opening, where possible.
● Take clear photos, or ideally an unboxing video, before and while opening the package.
● Contact Zeltron within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or Email, with your order number.

Our team will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned because:
● The customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts,
● The provided address or contact details were incorrect, or
● The customer refused to accept a confirmed order,

Zeltron reserves the right to cancel the order and recover any shipping costs incurred.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
